HYDRO-HONE

The I.C.M. Stainless Steel HYDRO-HONE line of wet abrasive blast cabinets expands the versatility of blast cleaning and includes jobs too delicate for traditional dry blasting. Water is placed in an abrasive storage hopper where it is then mixed with media (all types and sizes will work). The pump is turned on and the media and water are agitated together to formulate a slurry.
The pump discharge suspends abrasive in the water while it also carries the slurry to the blast nozzle where it is forced from the blast gun by compressed air.

• Eliminates all dust form blasting process
